Dashel is designed to be played without creating an account. We collect limited information automatically when you complete a game:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information unless you voluntarily contact us.
The information we collect is used solely to understand how many people are playing Dashel, measure how challenging each daily category is, identify which countries our players come from, and improve the game over time. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Anonymous gameplay data is stored securely using Supabase. You can review Supabase’s privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy. Your streak, personal best, and badge data are stored locally in your browser’s localStorage and are not transmitted to our servers.
Dashel uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users and measure how the site is used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use browser localStorage to store your game state (streak, best score, badges) on your own device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party advertising cookies.

Dashel is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted information through our site, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
